Weekend and Meal Plan

It has been a lovely and restful weekend.  Some quick pics and then the meal plan, before I fall asleep.

Friday night I went to dinner and then Swan Lake with my Mom.  It was absolutely gorgeous.






I spent the night afterwards and enjoyed a wonderful, slow-paced, relaxing Saturday with Mom and Dad.  Thanks so much to M for the "day off".


We had our usual busy Sunday and then enjoyed the Massachusetts holiday, Patriots Day, with M at home today.  We spent the morning watching the marathon on TV, and then having a "kids marathon" in the backyard (the girls were inspired).  The afternoon brought us to a local park for a hike on what turned out to be the warmest day we have had yet this spring.  It gave us a taste of summer and we all are ready and waiting!!!














Here's our meal plan for the week!

breakfasts

hemp protein pancakes
cereals (we are loving Bear Naked granola)
stove top oatmeal
eggs

lunches

tuna
egg salad
pbj and hummus roll-ups for kids
shakes and salads for grown-ups

suppers

broccoli alfredo
oven bbq chicken, sweet potato mash, and asparagus
quinoa chicken stew with cornbread
dairy-free homemade pizza
