(I've been wanting to go to Fun Family 4th for years and we have never made it out there... until this year!  It was so great.  I love that place.)

(I flew through a 10K in 59:01... a PR for me.  I've been struggling to keep below an 11:00/mile pace at home, but today felt totally different.  Perhaps it was the lack of humidity, perhaps the easy trail with no hills, perhaps the extra hour of sleep due to being and Grandma's house and having some other folks around to wake up with my early bird kids... whatever it was, it was AMAZING.)
