C is 2 months!
(almost three, actually!)
(Mommy flaked out and missed her original 2-month checkup, so we had to re-schedule for almost two weeks later. Ooops!)

She was all smiles for the checkup and everything looks great. She almost rolled over when we put her on the exam table! Doc did prescribe one more round of antibiotic ointment for her eyes, which have been weepy and goopy since birth. It's most likely blocked tear ducts, but the doc wanted to rule out the possibility of any infection.
Stats:
Weight: 11 pounds, 2 ounces (34th percentile)
Height: 25 inches (off the charts!)
Head circumference: 15.75 (60th percentile)-- I think she's the first of my children that doesn't have a gigantic head.
Her shots were very, very sad. They always are at this age. However, I think that, because she doesn't cry very often, it was slightly more sad to hear her cry so hard. And she was obviously uncomfortable for the rest of the day. After getting a pitocin injection in my leg after giving birth to C, I now know how painful it is to get shots in your leg. And C got three!! Poor baby. Well, she's all better now, and she won't get any of those terrible diseases. So, it's all good really, it's just tough for a mother to watch.
It's incredible how fast these months have gone by. I miss my little newborn already!!
P.S. I think I should add that C has been chuckling/giggling for about three weeks now. It's the best. I don't think I've ever seen a baby this young doing that. If I (or one of her sisters) sing a funny song or do a funny dance, she'll smile and giggle. Her little sense of humor is already developing!! That, or I'm just extremely weird and funny-looking.
