Time Flies Like an Arrow

 N was just telling me on the way to dance how quickly time is flying, and she's right.

We are a few days into February now and it feels like it was Christmas only yesterday.

Of course there's homeschooling and kid activities and all the usual chores keeping us busy.  Not to mention the fact that BOTH of our cars decided to need critical repairs at the same time this past month, and we attempted 24-7 bonding our bunnies (yes, again).

{L was an absolute trooper through this whole process, BTW, and although we did end up separating the bunnies again towards the end of the week, I was so very proud of her (and all the girls, really; they all pitched in) and it was a huge learning experience and not at all a failure!  We will try again!}

Despite our usual busyness, I'm also reminding myself that we are still going through the huge adjustment of having moved across four states.  We are getting ourselves established here, every single thing we are doing is brand new, and... well... we have been completely uprooted.  New identities abound for all of us and that's a bit exhausting in and of itself.

There is so much sky here, due to there being less hills... you can see so much further which makes for some amazing sunrises and sunsets!

I think I will leave you with that thought for tonight, since M and I are now texting about buying a new car, and Starbucks is closing soon!  Also, every time I go to write about these kiddos of mine, I'm realizing I just don't have as many pictures of them since they're big teenagers now and they hide in their bedrooms a lot.  Insert smiling emoji with a single tear running down its cheek.

Applying for summer internships is another project for this week-- maybe I can update you on that the next time I check in!  Never a dull moment on this parenting journey...

I'll leave you with a quick video of J absolutely killing it at her swimming class!

Much love to all of you!
