Quick Meal Plan

Hi all!  Just quickly popping in with our meal plan in the midst of a busy day.  I'm behind a bit on blogging lately; hopefully I'll be back in a few days with some updates.

Here's a few pics to hold you over:

C has been rocking the ponytail lately as her hair has now grown long enough.  After helping her get ready and doing her ponytail the other morning, I asked if I could take her picture because she looked so cute.


 Then she said, "Mom, how about I just take a selfie?"



 Aaaaaand that's all the time I've got... must get these girls to our homeschool playgroup, and then dentist appointments!  Here's the meal plan...

breakfasts:
whole grain pancakes
veggie egg scrambles

(my new favorite)

fruit smoothies & toast
oatmeal

snacks:
homemade protein bars
pretzels
fruits with nut butter
veggies & hummus

lunches:
pita chips with hummus and guac; yogurt with fruit
grilled cheese
pbj

suppers:
homemade clam chowder
spaghetti squash pizza bake
barbeque pork in the crockpot with squash, brussels and salad
corn and black bean soup with polenta
