Valentine's Day Meal Plan

Happy Valentine's Day, all!

Quickly posting our meal plan for the week...

breakfasts:
cold cereals or oatmeal
whole grain pancakes
eggs
pumpkin oatmeal bake

lunches:
pbj on Ezekiel bread, Annie's mac n cheese, or quesadillas for girls
Shaklee shakes for Mama

snacks:
homemade protein bars
fresh fruits and veggies
sweet potato chips
kale chips
apples with nut butter

suppers:
lentil burgers with roasted potato wedges
seafood casserole with roasted butternut squash
chicken sausages with asparagus
chicken caesar wraps; chips and guac

We celebrated Valentine's Day by meeting Grandma and Grandpa at Friendly's.  It was so lovely!  I was so busy having a great time that I didn't take a picture :)  Here's hoping you all had a great Valentine's weekend!
