Monday breakfast: slow cooker steel cut oats
Monday lunch: sandwiches
Monday supper: veggie omelets

Tuesday breakfast: leftover steel cut oats
Tuesday lunch: leftover broccoli soup from the freezer & salad
Tuesday supper: teriyaki tofu, brown rice and balsamic tomato basil salad

Wednesday breakfast: carob chia pudding
Wednesday lunch: quesadillas and smoothies
Wednesday supper: veggie burgers, all-natural hot dogs, and oven fries

Thursday breakfast: overnight oats
Thursday lunch: more quesadillas and smoothies
Thursday supper: leftovers

Friday breakfast: eggs to order
Friday lunch: sandwiches
Friday supper: on the Cape!
