Wedding Photos and Meal Plan

Happy Sunday!

Just popping in quickly to post our meal plan.  I had hoped to recap Bethie's wedding a little bit but I've been grading furiously all day long and my brain is a bit mushy.  (I got behind on work last week due to the busyness of cookie deliveries, make-up classes after snow cancellations, and wedding preparation... I got a little extra time to work today because church was cancelled; another blizzard blew through this morning!)

So I'll just say again that the wedding was so beautiful, and I couldn't be happier for my dear sister-in-law and her new hubby.

Sunday Breakfast: leftover protein pancakes
Sunday Lunch: cheese cubes, veggies, fruit
Sunday Supper: baked chicken nuggets, sweet potato casserole, asparagus

Monday Breakfast: buckwheat waffles (Daddy has the day off!)
Monday lunch: quesadillas and smoothies
Monday Supper: broccoli soup with oyster crackers

Tuesday breakfast: leftover waffles or soaked baked oatmeal
Tuesday lunch: at Ikea?
Tuesday supper: leftovers

Wednesday breakfast: cornmeal mush or oatmeal on the stovetop
Wednesday lunch: salad wraps
Wednesday supper: leftover beans from the freezer with spelt biscuits; pizza for the kids

Thursday breakfast: leftover mush or oatmeal
Thursday lunch: hummus roll-ups, fruits and veggies
Thursday supper: leftovers

Friday breakfast: popovers
Friday lunch: chicken salad
Friday supper: monterey beans

Saturday breakfast: banana millet muffins
Saturday lunch: various leftovers from the week
Saturday supper: leftovers
