Quick Pix and Meal Plan

Greetings, readers!

I'm popping in with our meal plan for the week.  The girls are at Grandma's for the weekend!  I don't have much time to chat because I'm trying to be productive and plow through a whole bunch of work, so I'll just share this picture from Friday:



Little C had her 3-year check-up on Friday, and she was SUCH a brave girl, even though she admitted going in "I'm a widdle nervous."

Afterwards, she came home, put on her flower girl dress, and relaxed with her blanky and some toys.  :)

Here's the plan for the week!

Sunday breakfast: banana millet muffins
Sunday lunch: packed salads on the way home from church
Sunday supper: monterey beans

Monday breakfast: leftover banana muffins; smoothies
Monday lunch: salads
Monday supper: on the road; picking up the girls

Tuesday breakfast: cornmeal mush
Tuesday lunch: quesadillas and smoothies (packed in lunches)
Tuesday supper: macaroni gratin

Wednesday breakfast: leftover mush
Wednesday lunch: chicken salad
Wednesday supper: leftovers

Thursday breakfast: scrambled eggs & fruit
Thursday lunch: pbj roll-ups, veggies (packed in lunches)
Thursday supper: spaghetti

Friday breakfast: protein pancakes
Friday lunch: various leftovers from the week
Friday supper: leftovers

Saturday breakfast: leftover protein pancakes
Saturday lunch: on the road... at a birthday party
Saturday supper: shrimp cocktail; brown rice; edamame
