This morning, at breakfast...

"When I have a neck that is full of pancake or another food, I call that a stuffed neck.  I need some water to help with my stuffed neck."

While playing with N this morning...

"Russia is the favorite place of millions of people!  And those millions of people have millions of Texas babies!  But... {more somberly} if the babies die, Russia is the place that the mommies bring the babies... {more cheerfully} to bring them back to LIFE!!"

Also while playing with N, she approached me and said...

"Her name is Cindy {pointing to N}, my name is Cindy, and your name is......." (gestures to me expectantly)
Mama: "uh.... Cindy?"
L:  "No, no, no, silly... your name is Abby."

First thing she said when she woke up this morning...

"Mama, when we die, do our mouths still work so we can talk to God?"
