Daddy did the meal plan this week, so that Mommy could work on her online class for an extended time to get all caught up. It was a particularly busy week, but Abby's mom and dad have taken the girls for a few nights to help us make up the lost time.

So without further ado, I present: The Meal Plan.

Saturday
Breakfast: Soaked Baked Oatmeal
Lunch: Uh...Soaked Baked Oatmeal (we slept in, then did chores and Abby ran 14 miles. So...breakfast became lunch.)
Dinner out (woo!)

Sunday
Breakfast: Leftover Oatmeal
Lunch: Pickup lunch @ OSV (picking up the girls)
Smoothie Sunday Supper!

Monday
Breakfast: Poached Eggs
Lunch: Cheese, Fruit, Veggies, and Hummus
Supper: Chopped BLT Salad

Tuesday
Breakfast: Crockpot Oats
Lunch: Quesadillas
Supper: Thai Chicken Enchiladas!

Wednesday
Breakfast: Leftover Crockpot Oats
Lunch: Soaked Bread Sandwiches
Supper: Leftovers

Thursday
Breakfast: Protein Pancakes
Lunch: Packed Lunch for girls, Salads for grownups
Supper: Crockpot Mac and Cheese

Friday
Breakfast: Peanut Butter Breakfast Pudding
Lunch: Eggs and fruit
Supper: Oven Fish and Chips, Sweet Potato Fries, and Broccoli

Saturday
Breakfast: Daddy makes Waffles
Lunch: Leftovers
Supper: More Leftovers!
