Night Light

First of all............. OMG, will it ever stop snowing?????

After Thursday's storm, we had another storm Saturday afternoon (5 inches), Tuesday afternoon (6 inches) and we topped it off with another 2-3 inches that is just tapering off as I write this.

There is no longer a hump in our backyard where the stone wall is.  It's all smoothed out.  That means we've got a good 2-3 feet back there.

Thank goodness M is on vacation this week, otherwise the girls would have been watching a lot TV while I did all of the shoveling and car-cleaning by myself.  Well that's not true.  There probably would not have been school, and M would have worked from home, and got stuck with all of the shoveling anyway.  He's amazing.  I need to find a way to help him more.

Saturday we had a birthday party playdate for C (it got postponed from our originally scheduled date in January because we were all so sick).  She got two presents that were the most thoughtful awesome presents and have been keeping all of the girls happily occupied while we've been having more quiet snow days at home.  Thanks so much Jen and Jenn (and families)!!

Stackadoos from Luke and Grant have been made into TVs, laptops, trains, Sleeping Beauty's spinning wheel, and all kinds of things.  Hours of entertainment for all three girls.

C looooooves her new Dream Light from our friends Jeremiah, Isaac and Isabelle.  She has been so cute taking it to bed with her every night and nap time.  It's a great motivation for her to stay in the big girl bed!  Not that she gets out much really... but now she's actually excited to get in bed!

Every time we get into bed she says, "Time for my night wite!!"  So cute.

I have pictures and videos from our friends party, but they'll have to wait, since I hear little C waking up from her nap right now.  Until tomorrow!!
