Haircuts and Baby Food
Remember last year's Halloween Haircuts?
Well, we seem to be keeping up that tradition, without really having planned to do so.
This whole thing was actually N's idea... her plan was that she and L would look like the "Let's Get Together" girls.
I think there's a resemblance there, don't you?
I'm getting slightly more confident in my hair-cutting skills too. After a few days of settling I think the cuts look decent. And surrounding such adorable faces, you can't really go wrong.
I felt a slight pit in my stomach about cutting away L's baby hairs (this was her first cut other than bangs), but I think the new cut looks SOO cute on her that I have absolutely no regrets now that it is done.
On a completely unrelated subject, we have found a solution to the problem of getting C to eat vegetables!! Thanks to my friend Jenn for introducing me to Happy Baby pouches. They mix the veggies with all the fruits that C loves (bananas, pears, blueberries) so she gobbles them right up. I've seen some pretty disgusting baby food mixtures (gravy-chicken-liver-squash??) but these are definitely NOT disgusting. I highly recommend them for the picky baby! I think all Mamas out there know how exciting and relieving it is when your child is eating well.
How's that for a random post? Happy weekend, everyone!

I LOVE the haircuts. The photos are adorable, especially that last one of the two together. I love how L put her arm around N : )
