Hi. I'm currently in Williamsburg, enjoying myself immensely. I'm missing my girls, but all reports from Grandma tell me they're keeping busy, having a blast, behaving themselves and not missing us much at all. So, I'm feeling good about the whole situation.
We had such a wonderful day today. I am filled with pride for my husband and the amazing job he does teaching kids to sing. Not only does his choir sound great, but they are mature and respectful kids. If you've ever sung in a choir, you know what a powerful experience it is to sing
well and be dedicated to a group of people that you really love. And these kids get that. It's a combination of hard work, great kids, and a great teacher. Quite moving. I'm glad I got to be a part of it.
Have I mentioned that I love history? And there's so much history here. Not only that... it's SPRING here!!
That's right, real spring. None of that chill in the air, none of those dirty crusty snowbanks that haven't quite melted away yet. Real, true spring. It lifts the spirits.
Will update more later. Since I was uploading pics off my phone, I'll throw in these few of the girls from the last few weeks. Happy Saturday, everyone!
